These Terms govern your access to and use of our Site, participation in our events, and any services offered through our platform.

By using our Site or attending any of our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge that you have read and understood them in full.

1. Who Can Use This Site

To use our Site or services, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. You may not use our services if doing so violates applicable local or international laws.

 

2. What We Offer

The Femme Club curates in-person and online experiences focused on connection, creativity, wellness, and personal growth. These include events, workshops, and community-driven initiatives.

3. Booking Terms and Event Participation

When you book a spot at any Femme Club event, you agree that:

• All reservations are final and non-refundable.

• If cancelled at least 72 hours in advance, you are eligible for a one-time event credit (valid for 6 months).

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are not eligible for credit or refund, as each gathering is carefully curated. Late changes impact the group dynamic and make it difficult to preserve the intended synergy among participants.

 

4. Transfers

Due to the curated nature of our events—where participants are thoughtfully selected to foster intentional connection and group synergy—tickets are non-transferable. This ensures that the integrity, exclusivity, and intended group dynamic of each experience remain intact. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to maintaining the special quality of The Femme Club gatherings.

 

5. No-Show & Attendance Policy

To maintain the integrity, exclusivity, and alignment of our events, we place great value on consistent and intentional attendance. Each event is thoughtfully curated to foster meaningful connections and ensure that the group dynamic reflects the values and energy of our community.

• No-shows without notice are recorded.

• First no-show: You will receive a reminder and a yellow flag.

• Second no-show: Your account will be flagged red, which may restrict access to premium or highly curated events.

This policy helps preserve the quality of our gatherings and ensures that each experience remains intimate, purpose-driven, and comprised of individuals who are truly present.

6. Late Arrivals

Please respect the event timeline:

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to guarantee your participation.

• Notify the event host or venue in advance if you anticipate being late.

 

7. Ticket Usage & Resale

• Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval.

• Unauthorized resale or gifting of tickets is prohibited and may result in removal from future events.

 

8. Code of Conduct

We are committed to fostering a welcoming and empowering environment. All members and guests agree to:

• Be kind, empathetic, and respectful.

• Celebrate diversity and inclusive dialogue.

• Support others’ creativity and personal growth.

• Contribute positively to group energy and experience.

Any behavior that disrupts the experience or causes discomfort will be addressed with compassion, but may result in removal or future restrictions if unresolved.

 

9. Liability Disclaimer

By attending our events or using our services, you acknowledge:

• We are not liable for theft, lost belongings, inappropriate behavior by other guests, or physical/emotional discomfort.

• Report any concerns to the event host immediately.

 

10. Dietary and Allergy Disclaimer

While we strive to accommodate diverse dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. We ask that you:

• Inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at least 72 hours before the event.

• Communicate any specific dietary needs directly with the venue or catering staff upon arrival, as an added precaution.

Participation in any dining elements is at your own discretion and risk. We appreciate your understanding as we aim to create enjoyable experiences while respecting everyone's safety.

 

11. Post-Event Interactions

We encourage community connection. However, The Femme Club assumes no responsibility for any interactions, communications, or meet-ups occurring after or outside the scope of our events.

 

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site and in our events—including images, logos, text, event concepts, and media—is the exclusive property of The Femme Club. You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, or exploit any of our intellectual property without our express written consent.

 

13. Right to Modify Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services and offerings, including specific events, without prior notice. This includes updating event content, format, and location at our discretion.

 

14. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services, without notice or liability, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any harmful or unlawful activity.

 

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold The Femme Club harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or conduct at our events.

 

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Femme Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, emotional distress, or missed opportunities arising from participation in our events or use of our Site.

 

17. Promotional Emails

By signing up for an event or submitting your contact information, you consent to receive promotional communications from us. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting hello@thefemmeclub.com or clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails.
